You don’t have enough briefs, you’re not happy anymore about your old boxer, don’t talk about socks: the elastic has now quit to support the entire structure on your calf? For this reason, W.I.M.U has born: every month, you will receive by post, a box in which you will find a pair of briefs or boxers and a pair of socks.

Give yourself a gift once a month and… Give yourself the right to surprise you!

Obviously, since it’s a surprise, we can’t reveal everything. What we could tell you is that the products we send you will follow the seasons, both in terms of color and in terms of materials; for example, I would say that you will never get wool socks on August. Yes, we know that your grandma and your mom always recommend you to cover yourself because it’s cold … but do not exaggerate! Inside each box you’ll find a pair of underwear and a pair of socks. But we don’t want to choose everything for you so, once you get to the cart, you can choose the underwear type that you prefer: slip or trunks? Up to you! One more thing you can choose is the mood of the collection, which will be in line with your feeling and the need of the moment: are you more “WORK” or “PLAY”?

As said above, we can’t reveal which fantasies you will find in the box, otherwise … what kind of surprise is that?! In general, the mood “WORK” prefers solid colors and micro patterns. While much more colorful and witty it’s going to be the mood “PLAY”: lines, dots and drawings … how do you see them? In both moods, we would like to emphasize that we have selected only Made in Italy products: we want to give to everyone the opportunity to go through our recognized Italian ability of sewing.

Here it’s something else that you can choose: how often would you like to give you the right to surprise yourself and how do you like to pay? Whether from time to time (“Recurring”) or through a single initial payment (“One solution”).

Let’s go step by step: you can choose to receive the box: once every month, once every two months or once every three months.

In the first case, e.g., in a year you will receive 12 boxes in total, in the second case 6 and in the last case 4 boxes.

You can decide to pay through a single initial payment, or to pay for every single box.

In the first case (a single initial payment, called “One solution”) the subscription lasts for one year.

The price of the single box is 29.90 euros.

Shipping cost throughout Italy is always included in the box price.

Shipping cost all over Europe is 6,99 € excluded the box price.

Absolutely not. Shipping costs for Italy are included in the cost of the single box. For Europe shipment it’s 6,99 € to add to che box cost. Likewise, suspension/cancellation of the subscription will not imply any other costs.

You can decide for a single initial payment, or to pay according to the timing of the subscription you’ve chosen.

We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American express or through your PayPal account and by bank transfer.

In your statement you will find the Wimu srls as the holder of charge.

If you sign up for your subscription by the 15th of the month, you will get your box during the same month.

If you subscribe in the second half of the month, you will probably receive the box in the following month, but of course we will do our best to try to ship the box during the same month.

You will receive an email once the box is travelling to your home or to your office.

Of course and we are sure that you will make a great impression! You must subscribe to the private area and select that’s a gift.

You can choose: the subscription, the mood “WORK” or “PLAY”, the size and the preference between slip and boxer.

When you select the gift option, you can write a private text message which will be placed inside the first box that we will send to the beneficiary of your gift.

It happens, especially after the Christmas period but don’t worry, everything will return as before, in a few months maybe, with a little extra gym 😉

The content of the box is an indissoluble union, so the pair of socks and underwear must travel together, even if one of the two was wrong sized.

Well, this is a more unique case than rare: we are committed to select only the best for our customers, but if you really don’t like the dots and the socks you received are… with dots! Then you can return the whole box within 14 days from the date you’ve received it. As soon as we will receive the box back we will refund everything you have spent when issuing the order.

Your opinion is important to us, so we are more than happy to hear what you didn’t like about the box we’ve sent you. So give us your opinion, writing an email to: hello@wi-mu.com .

At the moment we can’t replace one box with another, but you can subscribe for two different subscriptions starting on different months. In this way you will receive the box “WORK” on one month and the box “PLAY” the next one, alternately.

We’re still not able to alternate the moods of boxes for the same subscription, the only thing you can do is signing up for the subscription of a mood first, for example “WORK”, in a month and the next month you can subscribe to the mood “PLAY”: in this way you will receive them alternately, a different mood every month!

We are a big family, and every goodbye is very painful, but if you want to cancel your subscription you can do it through your personal area and you will be reimbursed for the remaining amount for the boxes that you no longer want to receive.

If you do so within 7 days before the renewal date, we will suspend your subscription in the current month, otherwise the suspension will be valid starting from the following month.

Obviously we are curious to understand the reason of your goodbye, so if you like you can tell us your opinion by writing us an email to: hello@wi-mu.com .

Of course, you can do it directly from your private area. If you do so up to 7 days before the renewal date, we will suspend your subscription on the current month, otherwise the suspension will be valid starting from the following month. You can reactivate your subscription at any time via the private area. If you’ve decided to pay everything in advance, the remaining amount you paid will remain frozen until you resume your subscription.

Simple as drinking a glass of water! Enter the reserved area through your personal user id and password and replace all data, but hurry up: the changes must be made within 7 days before the date of renewal of your subscription, otherwise they will apply to the box of next month.

Of course, nothing is impossible. Just subscribe for a monthly subscription and then, after having received your box, suspend the subscription through the reserved area of the Website. Do it right after you receive the first box, because any cancellation is valid if made 7 days before the date of renewal. If the 7 days have passed, then the cancellation will be active starting from the following month.
