- WHAT IS W.I.M.U?
You don’t have enough briefs, you’re not happy anymore about your old boxer, don’t talk about socks: the elastic has now quit to support the entire structure on your calf? For this reason, W.I.M.U was born: every month, you will receive by post, a box in which you will find a pair of briefs or trunks and a pair of socks.
- WHAT’S INSIDE THE BOX?
Obviously, since it’s a surprise, we can’t reveal everything. What we could tell you is that the products we send you will follow the seasons, both in terms of color and in terms of materials; for example, I would say that you will never get wool socks on August. You can see previous boxes in the “past boxes” section on the Home page.
- HOW LONG IS THE SUBSCRIPTION AND HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
Your subscrption will end when you decide to cancel it: it’s easy and no adding costs, of course!
The price of the single box is 29.90 euros, shipping is always FREE WORLDWIDE!
- ARE THERE ANY ADDITIONAL COSTS?
Absolutely not! Likewise, suspension/cancellation of the subscription will not imply any other costs.
- HOW CAN I PAY?
We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American express or through your PayPal account.
- WHEN WILL I RECEIVE THE BOX?
If you sign up for your subscription by the end of the month, we will ship the box by the 7th of the next month. Final delivery date would be around the 15th each month, depending on where your sweet home is!
By the way, once the box is travelling to you, we will send you an email!
- CAN I GIVE THE BOX AS A GIFT?
Of course and we are sure that you will make a great impression! You must subscribe to the private area and select a different shipping address from the invoicing one.
- IF THE SIZE OR THE MODEL IS WRONG, WHAT SHALL I DO?
It happens, especially after the Christmas period but don’t worry, everything will return as before, in a few months maybe, with a little extra gym ;)
However, please contact us at this email address: email@example.com: you will send us back the whole box and we will replace it with the correct size.
The content of the box is an indissoluble union, so the pair of socks and underwear must travel together, even if one of the two was wrong sized.
- WHAT IF I DON’T LIKE WHAT I HAVE RECEIVED?
Well, this is a more unique case than rare: we are committed to select only the best for our customers, but if you really don’t like the dots and the socks you received are... with dots! Then you can return the whole box within 14 days from the date you’ve received it. As soon as we will receive the box back we will refund everything you have spent when issuing the order.
Your opinion is important to us, so we are more than happy to hear what you didn’t like about the box we’ve sent you. So give us your opinion, writing an email to: firstname.lastname@example.org .
- CAN I SUSPEND MY SUBSCRIPTION?
Of course, you can do it directly from your private area, anytime. Be sure to do it before the 1st of the month, otherwise the suspension will be valid starting from the following month. You can reactivate your subscription at any time via the private area.
- I NEED TO CHANGE THE SHIPMENT ADDRESS, PAYMENT METHOD OR MY PERSONAL DATA, HOW SHALL I DO?
Simple as drinking a glass of water! Enter the reserved area through your personal user id and password and replace all data, but be sure to do all the changes before the renewal date (1st of the month), otherwise they will apply to the box of next month.
- I’D LIKE TO RECEIVE A SINGLE BOX, IS IT POSSIBLE?
Of course, nothing is impossible. Just subscribe for a monthly subscription and then you can suspend the subscription through the reserved area of the Website.
